"Great place and great price as stayed before. We had a comfort caravan through hotels.com and did not book direct with the caravan park. 4 days before I was called and reminded of my booking and I asked if linen and towels were included. I was told that were but when we arrived there were no towels. I did ask at guest services and was told they were not included as I did not book direct. overall a great place to stay
"Nice hotel at a fair price great breakfast pool and spa are very good but lacking maintenance in some areas not everything working as it should eg some spar pool features not working some electronic lockers not working (need battery replacement),spin costume dryer not working and has not been for my last 3 visits. Staff say replacement costume spin dryers are on order and have been for a long time with no date for replacement . Overall well worth a visit "
