Huelva hotel

Delightful staff. Good location for Huelva and very near nighttime eateries and attractive plazas for bars and restaurants. Museums just across the road. Spacious room and very comfortable beds. Nice breakfasts. Staff just delightful and endlessly helpful . However the parking under the hotel is VERY tight indeed. Think Fiat 500 max. There is public parking 100m away and you get a pass from the hotel at €10 a night. Well worthwhile. Generally a very pleasant stay. 4 nights stay mid September.

Fantastic to have a comfortable place so close to the train station when we arrived at 10:30pm. The staff were very friendly but it would have helped if they told us the key needs to be inserted a certain way and the power control is behind the bathroom door. Other than that, perfectly clean and modern. Thank you

The parking garage was a bit of a challenge in that it was very small even with a small car and trying to maneuver in such a space was challenging to say the least. Otherwise, no other issues. We traveled with our dog as well - she was well behaved so no problem there.

Imposible dormir. Olor a tabaco muy fuerte.

Acostumbro a viajar y dormir en hoteles con frecuencia todas las semanas y está sin duda ha sido mi peor experiencia. La habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte a tabaco. Tan exagerado que hasta costaba respirar. No he podido dormir en toda la noche por culpa de esto. La habitación se percibía limpia, gran trabajo el del servicio de limpieza. Pero las paredes u otros textiles tenían impregnado el olor de tabaco. Toda la ropa con la que he entrado y la de la maleta huele a tabaco y es muy desagradable. No parecía mal hotel, quitando un poco la incomodez de acceso a la ducha por un mini pasillo entre wc y mampara. Pero esto son pequeños detalles. El gran problema ha sido el tabaco, y no es tolerable. No lo recomiendo ni por asomo. Parecia buena opción para venir a Huelva, pero con esta experiencia, definitivamente no pienso volver a este hotel y no lo voy a recomendar a nadie.

Buen sitio para alojarse a buen precio si el fin es salir hacer turismo u otras actividades, ya que la habitación es un poco pequeña pero bien. La cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba limpia. El aparcamiento nos costó € 13, lo que nos pareció un precio razonable comparando otras ciudades por el sur, que nos llegaron a cobrar € 18-20 El personal de recepción ENCANTADORA.
