"I would start by getting on the same page. We showed up early. A staff member said come back at 2 . When i did the other person was rude and stated check in is 3pm. Ok moving forward room outlets only 2 set were working, exhaust fan was loud and all night on. Tub was dirty like they just passed a wipe over it. We had to turn on water and clean it. We asked for another room sold out unfortunately. Also pool was closed and hella green. And lastly check out being 11a.m . Housekeeper was opened the door at 10:45"

"Would stay again. Clean. Water pressure was a little lacking but everything was well maintained. Conditioner was watered down. Otherwise great experience. Fitness gym only one kettlebell but otherwise full rack of dumbbells up to 45 lbs. 2/3 treadmills operational. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with healthy options - turkey sausage patties, egg white veggie omelette, fruit, oatmeal with fixings, oinks Greek yogurt as well as traditional options cheese omelette, pork sausage links, cereals, bagels with cream cheese, toast, butter, pancakes, cinnamon rolls. Beverages include coffee, tea bags (but no hot water spout), juices, regular milk and chocolate milk. Came during super busy time for BTS concert. Hope this helps someone."

"la TV no funcionaba, la cama estaba sucia no cambiaron las sabanas, a medio baño se iba el agua caliente, habia una cucaracha aplastada en puerta del baño, todo HORRIBLE, pague por 3 noches, no me quede la 3ra noche era asqueroso, solo fuimos al concierto y a dormir y al dia siguiente nos regresamos a casa"
