"Everuthing was clean and the staff was awesome!"

"The room was clean and staff were helpful however, there were some hiccups. My toilet handle was broken so I could not flush, I was not able to control the thermastat in my room so it was very cold, and the blindes could not be shut all the way which was a bit difficult to sleep with the highway so close. Additionally, they do offer a shuttle to the airport which was great but there is only 1 so be prepared to wait for pick up and drop off."

"I had an extremely upsetting experience staying at this hotel. On the first night of my stay, my car was stolen from the hotel parking lot. When I checked in, I specifically asked where I should park. The front desk agent, Astou, directed me to park in the back lot even though there was parking available in the front of the building near the entrance and front desk. When I later saw the back lot, it was clear that security was very poor. On the right side of the building the gate was completely open, allowing anyone to drive in and out freely. On the left side, the gate arm was broken. Although it appeared down, you could easily drive around the broken barrier without swiping or any type of access control. The next morning when I realized my car had been stolen and reported it to the front desk, the response was shockingly dismissive. Staff simply said that it “happens a lot,” mentioned that another car had been stolen the night before, and commented that my vehicle is a “common car.” There was no concern, apology, or effort to assist. While speaking with them, I saw another guest returning a steering wheel club that the hotel had provided for vehicle protection. When I asked why I was never offered that option; especially if they know car theft is common; I was told those are only offered to guests staying for a week or longer. Knowing that thefts happen frequently and still directing guests to park in an unsecured back lot without warning them is extremely irresponsible."

Espace commun sofa, tapis, tables et chaises sont insalubres. J’ai des photos. Nous ne retournerons jamais à cet endroit. "

"The first thing you encounter in hotels would be the staff who facilitates your check in. The person on the desk had terrible body odor that the front desk stunk so badly."

"My room was dusty, the bathroom had alot of hair on the day i checked in. If you use the ventilator, the whole room stinks of poop.The lady who cleaned my room was nasty, she used the same rag that she used for the toilet to clean the bathtub and the kitchen area*disgusting, the bathtub was very slow to drain, it was a nightmare and will never stay in that hotel ever again even though the staffs at the front desk/the bar/restaurant were nice but cleanliness & clean ventilation is a priority for me."
