"Excellent staff"

"I'd have given more stars except the water in shower was cold. One out of three showers were warm after waiting 5 minutes, the other two showers were freezing cold. After the shower it's torture to walk on the cold tile floors in the chilly room at night. It got cold in bed. The advertised King bed is only a double. Breakfast cost 10 soles but it was ok. There's not another restaurant nearby unless you walk 10 minutes or more down the hill. One might we returned in the rain and waited 10 minutes for them to answer the door. Look elsewhere. "

"Second time I've stayed here, second time I've loved it. Friendly, helpful staff; nice rooms; relatively quiet: good restaurant and easy walk to several more. It has consistent hot water and is very clean and well-maintained. Stairs required from street to lobby. Elevator available once there. "

"We loved staying here! We even extended our stay by 4 extra days/ Staff has been amazing and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. There is a common kitchen that could be better equipped, but it worked ok for us to cook some meals. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. I would definitely come back! "
