很棒的服務態度

住宿環境舒適，廁所外玻璃透明，業者已準備窗簾遮擋，但無完全遮蔽，比較容易看到上廁所的人，還是希望能將靠近門的透明用壁貼遮擋。 整體服務很棒，早餐也美味，因當天有遺失物品，業者也協助找尋快遞送達手中，非常感謝！

我們入住的是二樓有鋪木板的家庭房型，簡單乾淨是我們首重要點。 盥洗室有重新整理過，洗手台有獨立的引用水出水已經可以泡澡大石頭砌成的浴缸和洗澡共用的，缺點浴缸對我們家家小朋友來說很不友善，太高很難進出，以及壞掉漏水的蓮蓬頭，令人傻眼。 房間的木地板，清潔有待改善，一滴滴像是拖把拿起未乾情況下沿路滴在上面，而且我們入房時間都已經是晚上11點，還能踩到那未乾的水，再次傻眼！ 再來就是讓我老婆最不能接受的「小強」，一進就發現祂在冰箱外櫃旁，算祂跑的快，不然絕對.... 除了小強不知去向外，在與櫃檯表示後，隔天皆有更換與再請潔。 真的應該再加強衛生壞境的清潔

可推薦的住宿

寵物友善住宿，體諒不同人的觀感，用餐允許寵物陪伴，但設置不同區，整體舒適度，清潔度水準上，電視節目比較偏向對岸的節目，寵物入住需加收300清潔費（合理），但建議官網應該註明，早餐也算中上，工作人員親切度也很好，總體而言這次住宿是愉快的

整體甚佳，美中不足

酒店本身和周邊環境都很好，尤其濱海步道更吸引人。附近有不少大小餐館，就是沒有便利商店。美中不足之處有二：一是早餐品質有待改善，二是接駁車大遲到，令人緊張。
