房間大，地理位置方便

民宿有4層，內部有電梯這點非常方便。設施使用起來沒太大問題，只是房間燈比較暗。去花蓮火車站只需要5分鐘左右，方便只停留一兩天的客人。

離東大門夜市蠻近，開車十分鐘以內，停車方便，民宿有電梯不怕搬行李，房間舒適空間算大，熱水很充足，入住日光森林六人房是一整層，還有一個大陽台！
