Clean, modern, spacious hotel right next to the train station (make sure you exit from the "rear station", opposite from the main exit/entrance). Staff is very friendly and helped us organize a private taxi to Taroko on very short notice. Would stay at again next time we are in Hualien!

Very good. I would stay there again. The hotel is very close to the train station, there are many restaurants and a 7eleven is right next door. The hotel seems very new or recently renovated. Staff was very nice. Only thing that could be better is the Wifi, which was breaking up a lot.
