It has a basic room. They did have good parking in a garage. It was a short walk down the malecon to a mall.

I paid for a jacuzzi suite. Jacuzzi didn't work. The man at the front desk verified there is no hot water and to talk to the front desk in the morning for a partial reimbursement. In the morning the front desk worker refused any type of reimbursement. She refused to call the person working the night before to verify.

L'hôtel est tres bien placé face a l'océan. La terrasse sur le toit est tres agréable et bien aménagée. Le petit-déjeuner est tres succinct, nescafé servi dans des verres en carton ou en plastique, pas de lait, par contre jus de fruits frais... jus de papaye, le minimum. Par contre pas eu d'eau chaude dans la chambre le soir de mon arrivée. Malgré ma réclamation, elle etait toujours froide le lendemain matin. Cest mieux que l'eau brûlante a la douche de la terrasse. Le personnel est attentionne, très professionnel a l'accueil, au service petit-déjeuner tres gentil.

El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado, buen servicio y limpieza. El desayuno es básico pero cumple. El estacionamiento es un punto en contra ya que es muy reducido aunque tratan de ver la forma de acomodar los vehículos.

Nice, clean room, views of the ocean and close to everything. Nice boardwalk and shopping mall very close. The staff very friendly and attentive. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool on the top floor, stay only one night. Location was good.

Bien situé en bord de mer, il vaut la peine de choisir une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Parking couvert et fermé, bien sécurisé.

The woman at the desk was extremely helpful. She walked to the street outside to show the way to a restaurant, AND, brought us a full breakfast to our room the next morning. Since there was no restaurant on the premises, she had gone out to purchase and bring us egg sandwiches, a papaya smoothie, and coffee. You can not find that kind of care and service many places!
