The property is beautiful, located in a beautiful small area that has a plaza right across the street and a Marina within walking distance. This is a great location for couples even though the resort is open to families. "

"The hotel is in a great location in Tamarindo. The room was beautiful, cool, and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful. The grounds were immaculate, and the food was delicious. Our package included breakfast, which was plentiful. Would gladly stay there again."

A quiet, local Costa Rican culture resort that offered beautiful beach views, with great hospitality, and lots of activities and excursions to do if you wanted. If you’re looking for a five star luxurious party experience, this is not your resort. This was laid-back, amazing people, close to local amenities, great off resort food options, and close to the airport. We were there in a bit of the off-season so some options were a little limited and we were totally OK with it. The resort is older, but it was clean and had everything we needed to make our experience a memorable one. I would hands-down go to this resort anytime, especially if you’re looking to travel on a budget and and save some cash for other Costa Rican experiences. "

"Outstanding staff and beautiful location make this resort stand out. This is the second year in a row we have stayed for a week. All inclusive, nice clean rooms, 2 pools, good food. Live entertainment most nights. Pool aerobics are fun. Great birds and iguanas. Monkeys, white squirrels, friendly raccoons and magpies at your door step. The ocean view and beach are amazing. Best food at the regular buffet—the restaurant option is more private, the the food and selection is really the best at the buffet."
