Pros: 1. Staff are responsive. The phone in my room wasn't working and they responded and rectified it for me quickly. 2. Free parking 3. Eateries and convenience stores nearby Cons: 1. Dont be fooled by the grand hotel lobby. The room is dated and lots of wear and tear could be seen in the furniture, furnishing and bathroom. 2. TV in the room is supposedly a smart TV but you cant connect to Youtube. Which may be a small issue for others but to me this is honestly the basic. Most channels are local TV news and variety channels. I stayed for 3 nights and didn't had any use for the TV. 3. The thing that bothered me the most is that there are no USB or universal ports on both sides of the bed. The ports are located at the desk area. I'm a seasoned traveller and to be honest, I haven't encounter this issue for the longest time. I spent 8 days in different parts of Taiwan and even the minsu/airbnb accommodation provided more advanced and modern amenities/facilities. Overall, i feel that the management didn't bother to update and upgrade the room amenities and this has resulted in poor customer experience. Personally, I will not choose this hotel again.The price they are charging doesn't match my expectations.

Relax and enjoy
The lobby cafe 13Bistro's food was convenient and taste good. And Big city is only a few minutes away, also hotel surounded by schools and parks,good for walking and shopping in the city center. Room was clean by politely changed. Recommend for others to stay.

Overall stay in terms of room cleanliness and conditions is considered good and within walking distance to the largest mall in Hsinchu which make the search for good food pretty easy.

Great room and bed, restaurant has gone downhill
I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times over several years, and the room is great, very nice shower, and plenty of space to work too. The bed is very nice, somewhat firm, but ok. It is long enough so at 6'2", my feet don't stick out the end. My main complaint is that sometime in the last year, the restaurant manager must have changed. Before, the food was excellent, and had great variety for breakfast. Now, the food variety at breakfast has really decreased, and it is mostly greasy Chinese food, or mealy tasting chicken nuggets. Bring back the old chef, and I will come back. Thank you for the bidet, it works well.

Hsinchu Hotel Recommended
The hotel locates at very convenient location, only couple blocks from Big City mall. Also it is very easy to access to High Speed Rail by taxi. The room is clean, spacious, and very quite. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast buffet is tasty with lot of great choices. Excellent overall

Spacious and clean hotel near Big City Mall and within walkable distance to city centre.Availability of quadruple room is also great for families with kids. No complaint for the money.

Good business rest stay in Hsinchu city center
As a four day holiday check-in, I understand it's extremely busy for hotel. There's not a long line waiting in front of front desk, though. I check in around 5 pm, but been request to await for room ready (around 10 to 20 minutes). The front desk staff is friendly and helpful enough for the extra wait. If your schedule is tight, be aware from this special scenario (rare but possibly happen). Shine amenities are the great restaurants with diversity type and most of them are great with many reviews support. The lobby is also good as a fancy new (less than 4 years old) hotel), which raise the expectation for the room and amenities for guests. The only gym is a single hotel room fixed with 4 equipment for basic exercise need which need extra access upon request. Room is fine with great bedding and mattress, one free movie for TV is included, watching movie while having relax hot bath through glass wall of bathroom is impressive, but I believe many hotels even not on the same ledge does provide the same thing. The largest shopping mall in town is just 5 minutes walk away, other downtown attraction and transportation are within 10 minutes walk. In this great location with quiet environment which suit this hotel one of the best for business purpose stay (quiet and quality) with great choices of dinning meeting. It's not for holiday stay if you are looking for great amenities to enjoy inside of hotel.

Good Hotel
Fleur Lis has good service in general. The breakfast buffet has fewer choices compared to some other Hotels and they pretty much have the same menu everyday. I saw very few international travelers in my 10 day stay there. But the staff was very courteous and helpful and the location and its proximity to Big City Mall is big help if you want to try out different eating options in the Food Court.

Everything is perfect except for the price is a little on the high side. But good things doesn't come cheap, so I had returned to this hotel 3 times already. Great breakfast spread and lots of free drink coupons for use at the Cafe, can't finish them all thou....

Very nice hotel, comfortable and quiet rooms. Pretty crowded during weekends due to weeding banquets, but if you don't mind waiting a little longer for the elevator i will definitely recommend it for your stay.

Nice new hotel, but extra charge for early arrival
The hotel is nice and new, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. However, I was rudely surprised when they charged me an extra 1/2 day because I arrived in the morning before the check-in time, and wanted to take a shower after my international flight, prior to my business meeting. I understand if a room is not available when I arrive early; but charging me 1/2 day for a shower is pretty lame. Breakfast was also not very good - it is not a buffet, and the choices are limited. I got a teaspoon full of coffee in a cup, with no clear way to get a refill. Luckily there is an 85C just across the street.

Location was pretty good as it was only a 5 mins walk to the Mega Mall - Big City. The overall experience was fantastic.

浴室排水孔磁磚感覺是是用一片磁磚蓋著看起來就是未修整，衛浴備品沒有提供潤髮乳。 枕頭因人而異而，個人是不喜歡睡太軟的枕頭有一點落枕。 早餐選項偏少，特別的是早餐竟然有提供哈根達斯的冰淇淋
