"Across the street from Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium. Excellent property!! Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Fantastic shower and A/C. Hot breakfast. Pool and hot tub on site. Friendly staff. Easy parking. I've been staying here for years. Highly recommend!!"

"This is our go-to place whenever we're in Springfield. We stay here regularly and have always had a great experience. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and wellmaintained, which makes every stay enjoyable. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool area is especially nice...it's always clean and provides a relaxing place to unwind. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they go above and beyond to make guests feel valued. We always appreciate being greeted by our last name when we walk in, which adds a personal touch and makes us feel right at home. The excellent service and attention to detail keep us coming back every time we're in the area."

"The Breakfast Staff was outstanding! It was hit and miss with the Front Desk and Housekeeping. We were in town for a wedding and we needed housekeeping service for between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Upon check in the day before, I informed the front desk staff member about it and he said that he'd take care of it. Saturday morning, I then told the front desk staff member about it again, just to ensure that it would be done. Both members were very nice, but must not have communicated my request. We were going to help set up for the wedding during that time and then return to the hotel after 1:00 pm to shower and get ready for the wedding. When we arrived at 1:20 pm, the room was not serviced and we had no towels. I went to the front desk to communicate my displeasure and the person there now (different from the previous two members with whom I spoke), was not very nice and proceeded to tell me it was not her fault. I asked her if I could at least get some towels and she went to housekeeping. I clearly heard her interchange with the lead housekeeper who said that they were never informed and it was not her fault. It was a very unprofessional exchange. So now, I'm standing there, waiting for towels, and hearing who's fault it was not. Sad. Other than that, I really liked the hotel. Like I said, especially, the breakfast staff. They were so nice and friendly."

"A decent place to stay for a few nights without having to spend a lot of money. Asked for our room to be made up and it wasn’t. Didn’t mind too much because we knew a lot of people were coming and going. Cared more about the towels and toilet paper stuff being restocked. Staff was friendly. Didn’t feel the cleanest but could be due to an older building."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. When I first walked into the hallway and room, there was a noticeable odor, but it was only upon entry. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—I slept great. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. Parking was also good and convenient. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall, I would definitely stay here again."
