First of all … the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Our room was a handicap room as requested. However it was tired looking. Marks on the walls, peeling paper on the headboard. Small queen bed not a full. Bathroom exhaust vent full of fluff as result it whistled. Shower drain not draining properly so your feet were in a puddle. Liquid soap dispensers in the shower too high for handicap reach.
The Lounge/Breakfast room. The buffet breakfast (extra cost) was okay. But after that it becomes the Lounge with a good bar offering, but extremely limited food offerings throughout the day with the same menu at night.
If you want a short stay hotel with friendly staff in a great location then the Ibis is fine.

"This is a true budget hotel: the rooms are very tiny with not much space to move around in. The bath towels were small and thin and the shower is in an open area beside the bed. Our room overlooked the central railway tracks but the sound of the trains wasn't actually that loud. Staff were very helpful ..."

"I found the property not to be suitable for a senior . The shower is in the tub and the faucet is in the middle of the tub so it's awkward. The sink has the shelf so low that you can knock your head into it. There was stairs to get to my room but no hand rail. But on the positive the staff was excellent ..."
