"They don't clean the room, requested many times and they did on the last night, we stayed 4 nights in suite, 5 ppl, no extra towels toiletries, trashes not change. Breakfast hours 7-9am, we came down 8:30 nothing left!asked the staffs, took them another 30 mins to bring some food out. It's bad! Although the room and the bathroom was cleaned. "

"The breakfast was amazing! They had build your own breakfast tacos. Everything was very fresh. The eggs were NOT those frozen, reheated, watery things - they were delicious. The room itself was acceptable, nothing fancy. Great for business travel. The pool was cold. They allow pets, and one of them peed in the elevator. I notified the front the desk, and they had someone clean it immediately."

"They initially gave us the wrong room even though the manager new what we booked. Beware that they have two different hotel buildings and they house people confused. Maybe you booked one and they will give you a separate one. "
