"The staff was very helpful and nice however, the bathtub had a slow drain and the bathroom floor had a dried up contact lens on the floor. There was only one trash can in the room and you could visibly see stains on the couch, and carpet in the room… even an oil spot on the comforter. I still gave it 4 stars instead of 3 because those were all things that could be fixed. "
