Our large & spacious furnished apartments are a great fit for many and a convenient way to lodge larger groups and families when visiting the medical center, NRG, George R Brown and the many other amazing placing Houston has to offer. Later this year we will be building a large luxury hotel at this location. Be on the lookout for our new facility coming soon.

My apologies Ms. Prichard that your stay was less than perfect. Our community is slated for demolition in October, so we do not have plans for any renovations. There will be a brand-new Hilton Homewood Suites built at this location. There are some stains, bumps and bruises. Rest assured our housekeeping team does an amazing job and thoroughly cleans everything. Unfortunately, stains cannot be helped at this point & updates and replacements are not in the plans with the new construction that is schedule. If anyone is ever unhappy with their unit, we will gladly relocate them to another unit.

Danielle I am so sorry that you encountered such issues in your unit. The cleanliness of our units and our community is extremely important to us. I will speak with the new housekeeper to ensure they are more diligent when cleaning a unit and have maintenance look at the fan and the bed concerns. We recently treated the exterior for the spiders and tree roaches. Springtime makes them more active. We will be more mindful with our quality control to ensure better guest satisfaction moving forward.

We are located in a very convenient and awesome location. Updates would be nice. However, there is an even better plan in place. This community will be bulldozed in the fall of 2023.
