Been at this location before and I have like it, but this time the front desk attendant was a little rude and didn't want to book me in 10 minutes before check in as soon I stepped out she attended some body else and booked this person in, I had reserved a room and couldn't get it because it was on a 2nd floor and I am disabled

They blamed an issue on a computer glitch. The manager said, " our computer system took all the rooms that were suppose to not be purchased into our available rooms list." Rooms were used that were assigned for deep cleaning. The room we were originally put in had feces on the walls of the bathroom and door. There was a lizard in the bathroom also. They reassigned us a room and it was better but very musty smelling. Needed to be aired out. I had to put a deposit on the room, $50.00...i was told by the night clerk to go to the front desk for a refund of my deposit upon checkout. The daytime clerk refunded me in cash and was suppose.to put it back on my card. She called me when i was already over 20 miles away and asked me if i could go back to fix their mistake. I would have had to drive back and then continue my trip adding at least 40 miles onto my route. Ridiculous! Gross, unorganized , and no compensation for the inconveniences of dealing with the filth, moving rooms or anything.

Came back to the room after work, around 6pm. Our beds were stripped and towels were gone, someone started cleaning the unit then just stopped and left? We had to go to front desk and get our sheets and towels to make our own beds

Hotels.com sold me a room that did not exists
Hotels.com sold me a room that did not exists at this hotel. The hotel did the best they could to accomodate us but we ended up having to take a double bed instead of the King that was sold to me. And the internet was out so the TV did not work.

I had roaches in my room…they called the exterminator immediately but they shouldn’t have been there from the beginning. The staff members are VERY nosey. They all make it a point too look in your room as they walk buy especially the tall Mexican lady with black hair. She’s very unprofessional and needs too find a different career. No fridge, no microwave.

Having booked and having a reservation and then arriving and being told that there is no room available was the first issue. The attitude of staff was unprofessional and non-caring. Room was clean but had only one TV channel and coffee had no sugar, milk and cups. Externally there was lots of outside noise. Not a pleasant experieince.

Very bad motel stay
The room didn’t have a remote for the tv that would work and wasn’t given another one and I could not shower because the room was missing the water spout so the water came out of a hole in the wall and because that was missing there wasn’t a way to turn the shower on so I asked for anther room and the front desk clerk said she couldn’t do that but she’ll have someone look at it. Also when I checked in I had to leave to get cash because the could take card payments and they couldn’t give a receipt either because there wasn’t a printer. Had to leave a $50 deposit also so when I checked out at 8 in the morning I went to get my deposit back and I was told I had to wait until 11 so housekeeping could inspect the room first which was an inconvenience since I was leaving back home which was a 5 hour drive. I couldn’t even have them just return it to my card since they were not accepting card payments and didn’t have a receipt to prove I paid a deposit if I had left. Total stay was terrible and will never stay there again.

We had nothing but trouble getting into our room, every time we left our room and came back , my key never worked, i was having to go to the office from the day we checked in,you have a nice sweet maintance man, he did everything possible to get the door fixed but to no avail. Do not stay here!
Paint chips, bugs, smelled of marijuana, couldn’t put food in refrigerator because the door opened the wrong way, had to step through big puddles of muddy water to get to the room and blood on the pillow. If it wasn’t already way past midnight when I got into town or if it was a safer neighborhood, I would have slept in my car!

They got really to rude and then it they asked me to leave after Ive done stayed one night and then I had to get a different be room and pay 30 dollars more and A 50 dollar deposit.
