We had several issues. First the room was not ready and we had to wait till after 5 to checkin. We had a king suite and we woke up a few hours after falling asleep and smelly pee. Come to find out the top of the mattress was cover in urine and it soaked through the sheets and all over our clothes. Front desk was as not helpful gave us sheets for the vouch at 4am and said nobody here can help. In the morning nobody was helpful we had to contact corporate.

The environment was wonderful. Amazing staff, there to help and answer questions. Breakfast was fantastic with kind staff as well. We will be back!!

I was disappointed in the limited parking due to the lot being used for cash parking for the rodeo attendees. We paid a fair price for the room it would have been nice to park both our vehicles at the motel.

The property was good and very convenient to NRG stadium. However, the staff is NOT to be trusted. We took the shuttle provided to rodeo grounds and my husband accidentally left his expensive sunglasses in shuttle. I immediately called hotel to report and asked they contact shuttle driver to retrieve glasses and bring to front desk. He said he would. We were the only ones in the shuttle. When we arrived back at the hotel to get the sunglasses -no one could locate the glasses.😡 Somebody on this staff walked away with a nice pair of sunglasses.

Manager and staff member were EXTREMELY rude. Staff called us liars and would not look at our issues right in front of him. We’d say “look” and he’d stare straight ahead and say “everything is cleaned and inspected before you arrive. It’s fine” Would not help with our problems. Refused to help even when Expedia called. Found pills on floor in one room and nails on the floor in the other. Told us we had to use a pee stained pull out bed. Broken tiles in the floor. Unwashed bedding with hair in it. Worst experience I’ve had

Great place to stay
When we arrived after 4 pm our room was not ready. They accommodated us with a cup of freshly made coffee and after 5 we were able to check in and they upgraded our room for our inconvenience Very friendly staff Hotel was clean and our room was clean with a very comfortable bed will stay here again

We stayed in a two room sweet and it was very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were good. Hotel was close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. It was right across the street from NRG stadium and a quick drive to the Toyota center.

Stayed Sunday night. Check in was okay but come Monday morning woke up at 8:30 went to the front desk to get towels was told they would be at the room by 9. 9:10 comes around call the front desk was told they didn’t have any towels and she would get some once house cleaning came.9:45 comes around nothing still. Call again and was told they still didn’t have any towels. At this point it’s just 10am and check out is 11 I finally went back up the desk and was inquiring about towels again. The girl told me that they still didn’t have towels. The couple behind me were saying the same thing about how a hotel doesn’t have any towels. Thinking you’re a hotel you should have towels to accommodate your guest. They told me they will get me towels sent to my room once they get them and I will get a discount on my room. Funny thing is towels magically appeared 20 minutes later. First time staying at this hotel and I couldn’t get a towel after asking for 2.5 hours.

No pillows for the weary!
No pillows or sheets for the second bed. Two towels for four people. When we asked housekeeping for pillows and sheets we were told there aren’t anymore. Went to the front desk for help, they gave us two towels and a flat sheet. Ended up going to Target for what we needed. This was our last stay at Staybridge.
