Beds was amazing, hotel was clean and smelt nice. The staff was amazing, I did find a cockroach in my bathroom, but it was only one, and i only stayed one night and had an early flight so wasn’t going to make a fuss, but other than that it was great, pool and hot tub was working!

I got charge when I did my reservation and I also got charge in the hotel again the counter person said I never paid this is what I got charged but my bank showed a charge from Expedia as well

I stayed here for 2 nights. Me and gf left with so many “bite” marks. Whatever was in that bed marked our entire legs. It was a terrible experience sleeping. The second night we didn’t even sleep we stayed out late packed and left. There’s a reason the price is cheap. I would much rather have paid 10x as much for another hotel or slept in my car it was that bad.
I am traveling on my own i feel very safe at this hotel check in was great rooms are great after reading some reviews saying wifi didnt work i was worried as needed this to contact family .close to airport with free no fuss shuttle to and from went very smoothly will definitely stay here again when flying home
The breakfast had no protein. In this day and age businesses should follow up to date trends and information. Keto concepts are here to stay. Carbohydrates are reconized as dangerous even Texans will come to realize this.
Its by far the worst hotel i have ever stay. Beware they dont have a shuttle like they advertise. They use a third party service , and the hotel front desk never give you the information. They toom 2 hours to pick us up, saying the van was white though i now have pictures its black. I have recorded my 4 calls to the hotel for a pick up, even them haging up the phone on me. Then leaving, there is no space in the shuttle . The breakfast had bugs ( yes i have videos). I would like a refund. Terrible experience and no rest.

It was fine to sleep at. We stayed 2 nights when we had layovers. Our first room was ok. Second room was really humid and there was mold on the side of the bed and the bathroom was pretty yuck. Staff was meh.

Hotel's shuttle service was a nightmare!!! We waited very late into the night for our driver to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel. Apparently our driver was on his way before midnight as we communicated earlier with the hotel at about 11pm that we were landing. Since then we made a couple of calls to the front desk that redirect us to the actual pick up area. We waited patiently and were told by hotel front desk that the driver was on his way and would call when he was there. Hours later at 1:10am our driver finally arrives. The driver explained to us that he was in the pick up area earlier that night and didn’t see us so he left. He then continues to tell us that he had other drop offs and got upset with us when we told him we were waiting in the designated area but never saw him and never received any calls from him. After a brief back and forth, the driver does take us to our hotel but was driving in an aggressive manner which is a big concern. We never received an apology from the driver about being late or not calling us. Only rude behavior and reckless driving. We did reach out to the hotel regarding their driver but since he’s an independent contractor not much can be done aside from submitting a complaint. Hopefully nobody runs into this guy again and would not recommend their shuttle service!
