Very modern, clean and friendly staff. Hot water wasn't always hot.

Due to the temperature outside and how the building was constructed our water takes a bit longer to get hot during our cooler times. I would suggest on your next visit to let the water run 10-15 minutes. Once again, please accept my apologies. It was a pleasure to have you, we hope to welcome you back soon.Happy New Year!
This hotel is a nice as when I last stayed 6 years ago. I will say that new or reupholstering of the room’s couch and new carpet would be an improvement and update the room. Best to do before things get too shoddy. Enjoyed my stay. Would book again.

Traveled for holiday with family. Pros- Definitely clean which was nice and breakfast was the normal stuff but very well tended. Cons- front desk staff literally didn't know how to check us in, the pull-out couch was Awful, shower had no water pressure.

We wanted to get away for the weekend and this stay was lovely. We quite enjoyed the kitchenette and how spacious the room was. I've already mention our stay with our friends and family and we highly recommended this location.

There should be more bathroom supplies like shampoo, body lotion soap etc. we had only 1 of them until I called front desk.

The layout of the room was nice but the dishes were dirty. Some were nasty. The bed was not very comfortable and sagged in the middle. The fold out bed was terrible. Dirty, old and uncomfortable. For the money i paid i expected things to be clean and comfortable.

Keisha was great at the front desk, had several with my party and she wad patient assigning the rooms to us. I had many family membets traveling from out of state and she was their first positive experience in Houston.
