First off the front desk clerk was rude and very aggressive! Toilet was broken also the elevator was broken! My room door wouldn’t close completely if it did I would be locked in the room! They didn’t want to refund me nor did they!

This place had geckos and roaches in the room, the sockets were burnt out. The bathroom was not clean. It smell like mildew and mold. It was damp and wet in there.

The manager Paula was awful. Stole our $50 cash deposit and kicked me and my husband out. I have a small service animal and they kicked us out due to a small dog, ada registered. The room had no hot water, no working tv, leaky air condition, roaches, and burn holes in the bedding even though it’s non smoking.

Do not stay here. Roaches r horrible. They actually had to come spray our room. Loud homes less lady sleeping on the couch in lobby. Prostitutes and homeless ppl on side and back of hotel living/hanging out there. Lady at front desk during day is rude with attitude. Night clerk very nice

The property needs lots of TLC. The hallway needs cleaning/Vaccuming, the room can do with some deep cleaning because it has a weird lingering odor. The staffs are really helpful and ready to help.

I liked the staff and service. I got to the hotel very late at night and it was quick and easy to check in. Property was not well maintained though. Sink had water standing when used and tap was rusty and old. No hot water in the morning for shower. Wasn’t fixed for until I checked out. I am glad I was there for only one night.
