We came in for a funeral didn't get in until late about 11:30 checked in went to get something to eat to bring back to the room get up to her room and all our stuff in my daughter starts eating and I went to turn on the AC it didn't work went to turn on the TV it didn't work went over to the phone to call the front desk and it didn't work so I had to go all the way down to the front desk to let them know and she was great about it moved us to a different room but it was just the whole convenience of it so late at night after a long drive in The Breakfast the next morning was okay the eggs were cold had to wait on Fresh coffee and had to wait for them to bring the water for my daughter to make hot chocolate but other than that it was an okay stay expected more out of what I paid for I stayed in cheaper hotels and didn't have issues
The front desk staff was great, manager knew of my problems but NEVER contacted me. However they had charged my card on the first day for a two day stay. But they kept trying to charge my card AGAIN AND AGAIN about 10 times during the remainder of my stay. the pool was green and disgusting and had trash floating in it and no signs saying closed or anything! The bathroom door in my room was rotted and molded from the shower and was nasty. I have already been charged for my room so to keep from a continuous charge even after speaking to them and calling Expedia! I canceled my card. I have a receipt and pictures. Worst experience ever and will not use Hampton inn at any location ever again NOR will I use Expedia!!

I usually love to stay at the Hampton Inn but the oe in Baytown was by far the worst Hampton I have ever stayed. DO NOT STAY at The Hampton in Baytown

I don’t want to steal you towels!
Check in was great, friendly staff. Upon checking in the room didn’t have enough towels for the 5 of us to shower and the pull out bed did not have linens. The staff brought them up kindly. The next day a different staff member was rude when we requested towels in evening. My kids could care less but they tend to throw things on floor and I’m not going to let them reuse something that was sitting on hotel room floor. The room was booked for 5 and they stated that the rooms were only suppose to have 4 people in them at the front desk. I have 3 small children and I booked the room for 5, I didn’t lie. Then they asked us to remove the dirty towels from the room and bring them to them downstairs in a trash bag. Then we were given new towels. Then we needed towels again for the pool and same process all over again. It was absurd and rude.
Only problem I had there was no cold water in the bathroom sink.
Have you ever tried to brush your teeth with hot water????
Young Man at front desk was very good at his job & great personality.
I had to call the hotel because I was going to be late for check in and the gentleman that took care of it also had a great personality and was very helpful.

This property was an amazing upgrade and we stayed for only 2 nights just blown away by everything. Staff was amazing and nice. Housekeeping was awesome even though they were short staff (per a letter put in on our doors) you couldn't even tell. Breakfast and the rest of the amenities were great everything was clean. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay at with my family.

Room had obviously not been cleaned. The previous person's personal items were still in the bathroom, half used toiletries in the shower. The sheets and pillow cases were obviously not fresh either. The fridge was warm, my leftovers spoiled. Pretty pathetic considering this is the most expensive hotel in the area. I'll never stay here again, I advise you not to either
Had refrigerator, but no microwave. No iron or ironing board. Only 2 small hooks for hanging clothes.
Staff called ahead to ask what my handicap needs were. Set us up with a room with a shower chair.

Microwaves are upon request. All rooms have a closet it's behind the big mirror and opens the iron and ironing boards are in the closet.
The room was great but the shower only had Luke warm water. It would be nice if there was an microwave too

We came into town for Christmas lights and the location was very convenient. Staff was very pleasant. Staff working the breakfast could have been a little more alert to refilling items. We had to ask her if there was going to be more brought out. Gentleman working desk upon checking was great. No hairdryer in room and he brought one up
