Had to change rooms. The toilet did not work in our room. Was very upset I was charged an extra 50.00 for each room on top of my booking charge for incidentals. Total of extra 100.00 in undisclosed fees.

Rest assured that we have taken care of the issue.In regard to the "extra 50", that is just a hold for incidentals which was released at check out. At the time of booking, you received an email regarding this hold as well as other pertinent information regarding your upcoming stay. Looks better in person. Very nice & quiet. Rooms had a very humid feel to them, we were new to Texas so it was not expected but overall stay was great! Breakfast was simple but good!

The staff was very nice and helpful. When we first entered the room, it looked nice and spacious, including the bathroom. But the ac/heat had a foul smell when we turned it on and didn't go away. Luckily we were able to crack the window and it had a screen. A plug in the ceiling and wall was falling out. And unfortunately, my daughter saw a roach in the bathroom on the evening of the second night. We had to check out early.

Great place to stay!
The stay was great! I would book this hotel again. The staff was extra nice, the hotel is new and clean, good amenities, big screen tv, good space in rooms, nice basic breakfast. More like a 3* instead of a 2* hotel! Awesome!

This is a very nice property at a very fair price. I returned from Vegas sick as heck and needed to hole up for a few days so as not to expose my family. I needed a clean quiet property and this fit the bill. My ONLY complaint: the bed could be firmer. As I spent 48 hours in it, I had a sore back as the mattress was too soft. Otherwise, a very nice property.

This hotel was conveniently located near my sisters house. I appreciate that there's an ice machine on each floor. The included breakfast was quiet good with lots of variety. The desk clerk was very pleasant and thoughtful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The property was nice, clean, and up to date. I would have preferred more breakfast options. We stayed over the weekend and it was the same breakfast meun both days. The staff was very friendly (front desk and the guy working the kitchen area). The hotel is not to far from downtown. It took us about 20 mins to get downtown without too much traffic. I would stay again.

The property is very nice and kept very clean. Rooms were also very clean and bed was super comfortable. The rooms have a nice tv that has access to some apps and a good amount of channels on cable. Overall good experience.
