On the internet they offer everything different, the photos are good, but in reality not, everything is old, dirty, the carpets are dirty, it smells bad, and in addition the supposed breakfast is a coffee and muffins or cereal bars, very disappointed with this hotel, We even left one day before the stay for which we paid was up.

I called ahead because I was going to be arriving after midnight. The person I spoke to ensured me there were no special procedures for checking in or accessing the lobby. However, when I arrived exhausted from the drive, I was met by a locked door and phone to call and request service. The phone rang and rang. I banged on the door and called multiple times... no answer. I called the hotel directly from my cell phone and no answer. I finally contacted the booking service, they called the manager, and someone opened the door. She was rude and just kept saying how it was not her fault that she couldn't hear the phone. She was not kind at all! I am not happy with this experience at all! I travelled to Houston to say goodbye to a dear friend who is in her last moments at MD Anderson Hosptial. The hotel part was supposed to be easy! Not happy!

When we arrived on a Thursday there was a big smeared dirty spot in elevator and a plastic baggy of garbage on the stairs. When we left on Monday the dirty spot and garbage was still there plus the hallway carpet needed vacuuming!

5 night, 6 day stay and truthfully, this isn't a hotel I would come back to and stay longer for 2 nights - ESPECIALLY with kids. The "Breakfast Included" is hot coffee, instant oatmeal, small prepackaged muffins and a basket of nutrigrain bars. Granted this is a budget hotel, some fresh fruit options like apples and oranges would have been nice. Personel was friendly. You have to request house keeping and utensils. Rooms are VERY dated, smelled VERY musty, and the bed didn't even have a nice comforter, only two thin scratchy sheets. I had to turn the air to 74 in order to stay warm. Bathroom was clean. Fridge was clean. I wouldn't attempt to cook on the stove though. Small work space. Lumpy mattress. Felt safe in the hotel and around the area. The smell in the room though triggered a dry cough - if I thought theyd give some refund, I'd definitely ask! I probably wont book this location again but if you're in town for a couple nights - it's ok.

This property is a little dated but the staff and their service was great! While we were there, someone from EcoLab knocked on our door stating they needed to spray our room specifically for bugs. Aside from that, the property is right next to the highway and some dining options you can walk to.

This property was good for a quick trip to visit family in the hospital. Kitchen was good, full sized fridge. Lots of storage. Able to cook in room with n a stove top was a plus. Was also convenient to a lot of fast food and restaurants in walking distance. Loved that there was no carpet in the room. Room was clean, except our floor was sticky in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Water temperature was wonderful and pressure was great. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not for you. With the highway next to you, you hear traffic all night, if you aren’t bothered by it (like me) it doesn’t matter. All in all, great place for the price!

There was someone very intimidating just standing in the lobby next to the check in area. There was also a couple who came to the front desk to cancel their booking before staying there or even checking into their room. They said they smelled marajuana in the elevator and didn’t want to stay there. Room was clean enough, but definitely wouldn’t stay here again

The staff were all friendly! There was a dog across the hall from us that barked all the time. The room next to us kept either playing loud music or had their TV on loud in the middle of the night. The hallway was not vacuumed the whole time we were there. There was still food in the refrigerator from the people that stayed before us. The TV kept going out and the channel selection was horrible.

Whole entire hotel smells like weed. The room looked/smelled like there was flood in there. All the cabinets, floors, furniture looked/smelled like there had been water damage. Sheets were all stained up. I’ve stayed at this hotel before & didn’t have any issues. Definitely won’t stay again!

Let me start off with the staff they were very idle minded not really nice.. I have two children that are under the age of five. It also says continental breakfast and super is not it's expired muffins and hot coffee with no sugar. Not trying to just complain but my daughter my two-year-old actually shocked yourself on a light that doesn't even work inside of the room. I had to take my 2-year-old to the emergency care and thank God that I did because as the front I was actually giving them a chance to explain why they have chords in here that are expose the way they are not only is the lights but it's a clock was also exposed to where someone could touch it and shock yourself I think that was the worst of it. It was kind of a pretty bad experience but I appreciate it and all.
