How I complain expidia , the room I reserved is not the one I recibe, I want to now why you rent me a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed, if they don’t have more available, went I get there they give me the one with no sofa bed, they said y’all know there not available,

Cannot believe there are no USB ports in the room! Desk clerk was so amazing and accommodating. Our door to #116 was broken and he tried to fix but wasn’t able to. We had wanted a 2nd night but no vacancies for 2nd night. When there was a cancellation, he told us immediately. We only stayed because we had no power at the house.

I am a service dog handler, i didn't have my dog with me. Because of space where i was going. I noticed the sign for no pets allowed. The front desk even asked if the lady in front of me had a service dog. Sunce she said she had a small dog. She said no, and the worker said he unfortunately couldn't allow her in. He said that the hotel inows the laws and the questions allowed. I thanked him for everything.

The property is very bad maintained. The bedsheets had stains. Walls are dirty. There are a lot of homeless people next to property that makes feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Breakfast is very poor.

Rooms are enormous with full sized fridge, 2 burner stove, entire kitchen area complete with cabinets. Bed super comfy and raised. Extremely quiet with cameras and well lit parking lot

Everything was okay. The walls need to be painted or clean well. But it was a good stay. Customer service was great and the housekeeper made sure every morning to knock on the door if you needed anything. The breakfast was awesome my kids enjoyed the food. It was a good stay for spring break.
