I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. I booked a room online yesterday, and upon checking in, I was immediately greeted by a strong, putrid odor permeating the entire area, akin to that of a decomposing body. Despite my attempts to overlook it initially, the smell persisted as I entered my assigned room. Regrettably, the stench was overwhelming and made the room uninhabitable. I could not bear to stay for more than ten minutes. In light of this unacceptable condition, I promptly approached the reception desk to address the issue. However, I was met with utter unprofessionalism and a refusal to accommodate my request for a refund. As a paying customer, I expected a comfortable and sanitary environment during my stay. The condition of the room and the lack of responsiveness from your staff failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I find it deeply concerning that my concerns were dismissed without consideration for my well-being or satisfaction. Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for my reservation. I did not receive the service or accommodation I paid for, and I trust that your management will take appropriate action to rectify this matter promptly. It is my sincere hope that steps will be taken to ensure that other guests do not encounter similar issues in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

in my room there was the mini fridge that made a lot of noise. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. i wish they had a microwave so people can warm their food up. & put more pillows on the bed

We supposed to have a non smoking room, but the smell was too strong, we had to request another room, during the corridor also the smell was disgusting, we had to put a towel under the door to stop the bad smell, I hope they can take care of that issue and separate the smokers room from the non smokers. Besides that, everything was good.

While traveling for a family wedding with my 90 year old grandmother and fiancé we decided to book this hotel instead of driving home late. I book a 2 bed room and the website said there were 3 available. When we arrived they said they didn’t have any 2 bed rooms available but he could put us in a king bed room and we could rent a second room. I got back online and it still stated they had 3 two bed rooms available. I showed him the website and he said “We must have given them all out. We have 1 but it isn’t rentable cause the door does not lock.” I had to ask several times if they could do anything to help us with the expense since it was their mistake and he offered a senior discount of $9 off. I again asked if that was the best he could do since we were having to book a second room do to their mistake. He said “I guess I could do the room for $50.” Which was a $16 discount since the room was $66 on the app. We agreed and he put my grandma in a room on the 1st floor and then us in a room on the second floor. Then the next morning I tried calling her room to check on her and after no answer I went to her room and knocked. She never heard the phone ring because there was NO PHONE. Thank God nothing happened and she didn’t need to contact the hotel or call our room.

Dog barked all night in room next door; desk service called cops but cops did nothing but knock on door and leave. The following day a man was parking lot with girlfriend; an argument took place; he shot gun at girlfriend; cops were called.

Our first room the toilet didn't flush and the remote didn't work after the second one we got and finally they changed our room and the noise was so bad all night long that we couldn't sleep

Motel nightmare
The room smelled of smoke even though was non smoking. The restroom door was broken and handle looked as it been partially pryed off. The shelve on the wall was barley attached been broken multiple times patches the ceiling was waiting for water just to pour down on me in thebmiddle night. The shower had mold inside it around the drain. The towels looed a yellowish brown. I just need a place tonlay for the few hours so went cheap. But never been a motel 6 as bad as this location. Water was actually dripping from the top door in restroom. Clearly a leak from up stairs. I was on first floor. I could go on and on.
