I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. I booked a room online yesterday, and upon checking in, I was immediately greeted by a strong, putrid odor permeating the entire area, akin to that of a decomposing body. Despite my attempts to overlook it initially, the smell persisted as I entered my assigned room.
Regrettably, the stench was overwhelming and made the room uninhabitable. I could not bear to stay for more than ten minutes. In light of this unacceptable condition, I promptly approached the reception desk to address the issue. However, I was met with utter unprofessionalism and a refusal to accommodate my request for a refund.
As a paying customer, I expected a comfortable and sanitary environment during my stay. The condition of the room and the lack of responsiveness from your staff failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I find it deeply concerning that my concerns were dismissed without consideration for my well-being or satisfaction.
Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for my reservation. I did not receive the service or accommodation I paid for, and I trust that your management will take appropriate action to rectify this matter promptly. It is my sincere hope that steps will be taken to ensure that other guests do not encounter similar issues in the future.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
