I would have loved if there was not a charge for parking but I understand due to the location there are limits! The valet bells man did not explain to us the process of valet but they were very efficient and friendly when I wanted my car and the attendant at the front desk were friendly and very helpful! They have a kiosk check in process that was very easy to use but they were available for questions. I took about 30 seconds to check in and check out. I loved that room access was key card only for elevator use and rooms as there was a large homeless population a couple blocks down. We were able to get a good nights rest and there was not any noise that disturbed us and room service was very efficient! Just a 10-minute walk from Toyota Center and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice, the area around the hotel leaves some things to be desired. Wish there was a mini fridge in the room but nice overall
