"The location listed is not the location it actually is. Our driver dropped us off to the wrong place because of that and we had to take a second ride there. Once there the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, but a bit old. It was spacious and grocery store and food is in walking distance."

Fantastic room, great facilities, great breakfast (lots of Western choices and made to omelets). Great staff. Will defo stay here again. For the price, unbelievable. Can't actually recommend this hotel enough. Pool has full facilities including sauna, hot tub seating area, great.

A new Hotel which doesn't feel like a Sheraton.
You get a very Chinese welcome and service which is fine but not really expected.
The Hotel opened around 8 months ago so the rooms are perfect and the gym had great equipment.
The bar is a bit impersonal being in the lobby with a very high ceiling. Food good though.
Staff struggling with English.

The rooms were very nice, the staff very helpful even though with limited English, small gym but with enough equipment to get a nice workout done, very nice laundry room, it gets very busy in the evenings.

The staff are very helpful and everyone very friendly. Especially Cindy on reception desk and the porter at the front. Always happy to assist and made stay very pleasurable indeed. Buffet breakfast is wide choice for all tastes and consistently well prepared and delicious. Will be staying again.
