"You can see the beach from the window of Room 21. I am American but lived in Houlgate when I was 16. This little hotel is clean, 1 minute walk from the beach, and you are right near many restaurants and shops. I would not rent a car to come here. Just take a car service from the train station in Deauville. Nonetheless, the hotel is simple, well managed, and the host is very friendly. Excellent breakfast too. "
