Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great property overall. It’s an old but renovated building so there are bound to be some small problems. I rented 2 rooms - one the bathroom sink was very very slow draining. In the other, the shower water pressure was very poor. "
"At first glance, every horror movie with a seedy motel came to mind, and for the price, I didn't have high expectations. However, the owner went into our room before we got there and turned on the AC unit and the TV in preparation for our arrival. The room was quaintly decorated and very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. Given the age of this motel, I expected an old, musty smell, but there was none. It was nicely amenitied with a coffee maker, microwave, and 3.2 cubic foot fridge. It is very apparent that the owner of this motel takes pride in his property. It is situated behind a fast food restaurant, but there didn't seem to be any traffic or noise. And at 50 dollars cheaper than 2 other hotels during our trip, it was very well worth the money. I would stay here again if I ever find myself in Thermopolis. "
"I wasn’t sure what to expect, I was not disappointed. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and then was no smoke residue. The Thermopolis Quality Inn was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel is pretty friendly and people friendly. Preston and Carl were the two front people We met/spoke to and they were very curtious, friendly, and a font of knowledge. The entire staff were just so nice and friendly and made us feel very welcomed.
We came on a reconnaissance mission and left successful.
Thank you for a very lovely stay!"
