"The staff were truly the best I have ever encountered in a hotel: I called to say I would be late and was told not to worry in the least and that the most important thing was to drive safely. When I arrived, I wasn't sure where the hotel carpark was, called again and the duty manager came out to find me and guide me in. The bartender was fabulous helpful and polite and the night receptionist super helpful too. 11/10!"

"Lovely big room with everything we needed. We did have a step into the bathroom which customers need to be aware of. Bathroom was super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to check in early and our bags were kept safely although our room was ready for us soon after our arrival. Breakfast was great value for money. Tea and coffee was served at the table with continental or full English options available. Had a drink outside on the street side terrace in the sunshine before walking to the Curve theatre/city centre which is approximately a ten minute walk away. The bar was open on our return later in the evening and served our party a good variety of drinks including cocktails and tea and coffee. Overall a lovely welcoming experience and would recommend if you’re looking for a city break."

"Hotel was easy to find , reception staff very helpful. First appearance as we walked into the hotel was everything looked so clean and inviting. Our room was clean , the bed was so comfortable, and pillows just right. My only criticism was I needed a plug near a mirror, to dry , and straighten my hair . Breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff were very good and helpful. We both enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again ."
