"The check in and check out was seamless. The room was clean. The swimming pool could have been cleaner. Saw old plaster and various debris in the water which dampened the experience a bit. The rest of amenities were great."

"The room was not as I expected it. It was on the second floor of what looked to be an out building. There were a few things we were not happy with eg the kettle had to be plugged in on the flour by the bed ( lead too short) but the worst was the shower. It ran cold. We told the reception and they just said they knew and had passed it on to maintenance before but had done nothing about it. Not even an apology. We had not ordered breakfast at the time of booking thinking we could add it later as it was only £15 extra but when we arrived it was double that to add it. So we waited until breakfast to decide. In the morning at breakfast when we saw what was on offer it was so bad we left again without bothering. Instead we paid the same price in the swan hotel as a walk in- which was a magnificent breakfast. "
