"This was a HORRIBLE experience. No room heating at all despite the snow outside. For hot water; you have to inform by 2-hours prior to your need to have a shower, otherwise it is with freezing water. "The hotel has one of the most beautiful views on the mountain. Yet, the staff, facilities, and comfort are not that great. It was a bit far from everything, the restaurant was closed, so we had to drive for food. Heating was not working, so we almost froze up there.
