"I stay in 200 hotels per year! This was the nicest comfort inn and the nicest chain hotel that I’ve stayed in ! The pool and hot tub were beautiful with a mural of Mount Rushmore ! The lobby was well decorated with wildlife and pictures from the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful with area suggestions ! "

"Price is very affordable and yet the room is clean and basic needs such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash are available and they are good quality. Staffs are accommodating though it is not available 24 hours but there’s a helpline number you can call when needed. The parking is safe. Although aircondition in my room looked old, but it was clean and working good. I would recommend this budget friendly hotel"

"We stayed two nights in one of the motel rooms and five nights in one of the cabins. Both were cleaned excellently and were very cozy. The cabin had a kitchenette and came stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Powder House restaurant. We had a great experience dining in for breakfast and placing pickup orders for dinner to eat back in our motel room. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting scenic lodging in the Black Hills!"
