It's an excellent hotel but with one very important drawback - we stayed in room 230 and the bed felt like you were going to roll out of it because the mattress had sunk at the edges.

This place is a disgrace. There was a bed missing, there was no heating at all and no staff to fix the problems. Messages and calls to them were ignored before, during and after the stay. This hotel should not be on this platform.
