"The facility did not look like the pictures. I did not feel safe staying there with my daughter. The parking lot and the outside doors to the room were in disrepair. We never checked in. We went to a different hotel. "

"When I checked in the lady who was there wasn’t very welcoming, she might have been going through something as we all do. I check in and noticed a covered hole in the back of the jacuzzi and the bottom of the bathtub was damaged. Well the next morning April 9@ around 6:45we get up, go outside to smoke a cigarette. My husband and I walked back inside and picked some breakfast up from the dining room. We entered our room, and saw a daddy long leg spider in the jacuzzi. My husband put his food down on the table and I laid my sweater, jacket and scarf on the other end of the table.We bought chicken the night before and had the box on the table, my husband went to get a piece out so he can warm it up and the box was filled with ants, and we realized the whole table was filled with tiny ants. We immediately threw the chicken in the garbage can outside our hotel door(rm102)I immediately shook my clothes out and went to the front desk. A young lady told me to give her a few minutes and she will see what she can do. She came back with a spray bottle and a cloth. She proceeded to leave. At this point I’m completely grossed out, we were going to stay till 11am but couldn’t, just as soon as she left the ants was coming out all over the table. I went to the front desk to see if we can be placed in another room, we wasn’t able to shower and get ourselves ready for the day. I have a lot on video. Specifically the bugs. I asked to be moved to another room; but was told none were available."
