"All The lights in the room were very dim making it hard to see, several holes in the walls in the bathroom & doors, no closet doors on closet, towels & wash cloths very dingy & stained, microwave had no handle on it, hair dye spatter on wall, 3 VERY FLAT pillows on bed, room phone had a huge burn mark on it, bed was made poorly, drip pans for the burners in the kitchenette was wrapped in aluminum foil, screens coming out the windows, knob to open & close windows broken, guy at front desk in the back sleeping which would lead to anyone walking in unknowingly, main door to room almost didn’t close completely, burn marks on all the furniture, lamp shades falling apart, stains & hard spots on the carpet."

"The conditions of the room were disgusting. The tub and sink backed up when using. Mold was throughout the bathtub and also in the fridge. We both woke up with extremely poor breathing and felt sick. The room and hallway smelled like vomit. The pool was not operational (expedia was not aware). Grout falling out and dirty looking carpet was pulling up in doorways place needs an overhaul ! Would have complained except all the hotels in the area were sold out. We didn't have any options. Should have complained to the staff "
