"The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city, walkable to many tourist sites and local shops & cafes. It’s modern and welcoming with well set up systems, such as how to get into the hotel after hours. We found it to also be very generous - a happy hour every evening provided sparkling wine and snacks, and there was also an honesty bar we could get drinks from. Or room was also well set up with all we needed. We had a balcony that overlooked the nearby square, with views across to the cathedral. Banks was the perfect place from which to head out and explore the city. Would recommend."

"The room is basic but clean. Location is good. The staff were amazing. We had issues with the air conditioner and the concierge came to the room to help get it started. She was very professional and helpful."

"Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Only 2 issues, parking is 10 Euros per night and the double beds are 2 singles pushed together so couples are separated by the risky crevice between the 2."

"Clean room, basic furniture, no tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent location, however no parking or even short stay bays for check in. Staff are as helpful as they can be, however very limited information offered on check in. Key cards constantly demagnetise, being kept near a phone or not, this is something you should consider as you’ll queue for a while at times to get them reactivated as single desk does check ins etc."

"I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The only potential drawback is the parking. There is no didicated parking, but was able to find some on the street. There wasn't a charge because I got there after six thirty on a week night...other than that it was wonderful place to stay."
