"Room was ok...best I can report is beds were comfortable, running hot and cold water. Lamps in the room missing bulbs?? Everything is "no smoking" but odor from the lobby in and on the floor, at least not IN our room. Other guests also complained about the odor and front desk was argumentative. Our room keys stopped working the afternoon of 2nd day, was given 1 key to replace 3 and told they could not do more or none would work. "Breakfast included" was oatmeal, cereal, bite sized danish or coffee cakes. All in all not worth the price! Checked out and moved to another Wyndam Hotel across town, hands down better in every catagory - and CHEAPER rate?!?"

"“The hotel itself had potential, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The food was not good and lacked quality and variety. Also, during our entire 3-day stay, our room was never cleaned, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. We expected much better service and attention to guests. Hopefully they improve these issues in the future.”"

"The hotel's facilities are basic, offering only the most essential amenities, which doesn't justify its price. The breakfast area is cramped and the food is simple. The four-story hotel only has one small elevator. I stayed two nights, but the hotel didn't automatically provide room cleaning or clean towels unless I requested them. However, its advantage is its convenient location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby."

"We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful manager when we checked in. The lobby is very clean and beautiful. The bar and restaurant were staff were very polite and efficient. Food and drinks were delicious! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but could use an updating and painting refresh. But our stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel."
