"The resort itself appeared to be well-maintained and amenities were adequate, especially if you had young children (ex. Lazy River). The room (we had a 2 br unit) itself was spacious and the availability of a w/d and full kitchen was a definite plus. Negatives were the bed (very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, thin and very worn) and the overall poor lighting, especially in the bathrooms. The on-site restaurant had decent food, but was woefully understaffed. There was one cook and one server who also had bartending and busboy duties. It also closes at 8:00pm, which is quite early for being the only eating facility on site. As this is a time share property, be advised that there is a sales pitch for purchasing at the property. Road signage is also lacking, so finding your accommodation can be a bit challenging, especially in the dark. Overall it’s a well-designed resort with multiple activities, but the room comfort could be improved."

"Food was good as long as you get there early close to the end not much selection left. Waffles are always a hit though 😋 Accessible bathrooms rooms need to be updated not the best condition but feasible."

"Room clean, bed comfortable, shower great pressure and big bathtub. Staff friendly and efficient. Close to highway but didn’t hear traffic. Pool area great. Breakfast basic but enough if not big breakfast eater. Lobby area good. Safe and easy access to multiple restaurants and shops. Would stay again when in the area. "

"Room was very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was not an iption with long lines and lack of proper eating equipment and not being filled quickly. Upon checkout we realized we were overcharged but we called and it was cleared up promptly. "

"The breakfast was decent, however, there was no bathroom door…it is in a pretty sketchy side of town…like I didn’t feel safe to go out to my car by myself at night and neither did my husband. Both the pool and hot tub were green and dirty looking. I won’t stay at this hotel again.especially for the price we had to pay."
