"Location was great, convenience store out the door to the left, plenty of places to eat, AC worked good, view exceptional. Pool was nice as was the gym which had basically everything one would need. WiFi bad, couldn't keep up with some background video/music from you tube. My phone kept disconnecting so just used my data. Bed and pillows super comfy. We'd stay again. "

"We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was large, well-appointed, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything nearby.
What truly stood out, however, was the service and the management team. I had a minor issue during our stay—something I honestly didn’t expect to be addressed. I simply sent a quick email so they would be aware of it for future guests.
To my surprise, the management team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was spectacular. It’s very rare for a larger company to have management that is this proactive and genuinely committed to making sure their guests have a great experience.
The way they handled the situation more than made up for the small issue. Kudos to both the staff and the management team for being absolutely amazing."

"No Ocean View, but alas I booked a City View. Hotel was only 20 % booked, thought maybe I’d get an upgrade. I never inquired though . That’s the only issue really. Fabulous Hong Kong restaurant, a real Chef. Excellent Hotel. 🙏"

"It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel, we highly recommend any look for a true peaceful vacation with white sand beach. It is a bit isolated, but who care when everything is here. Shuttles available daily with an easy registration at the reception, shuttles pick and drop you off central Nha Trang and airport. Staffs are very nice and helpful, we particularly appreciated administrative staffs like Pho, Hung, and Hoang, Quyen from morning dinning, and massage therapists Khuyen and Linh.
