"Room looked old. Dingy yellow walls, rusty metal appliances, hotel wi-fi had no signal, towels did not look completely white. I needed a place to hide out for 4 days. I gave 2 stars because the bed was clean. "

"I wasn’t expecting much as this seemed like a “convention center” hotel. My great experience started when I needed to get some room adjustments made. The individual at the desk I talked to was amazing. Courteous and helpful and thoughtful about the adjustments. The hotel was spotless. Just a great experience and great staff!"

"Booked and paid for a room. Called ahead to let them know I'd be coming in at 1am and was assure drhe room would be available. Arrived at 12.30 to be told they'd sold the room and were now sold out. Was told they'd refund the cost but had to chase them up to do so. At least the gut who got stuck with this was polite and got me abothee room at a different property. Inexcusable ineptitide for whoever was to blame."
