Overall it was a great experience. Staff was friendly, place was clean. I gave 4 star because we had the kids with us and we were suppose to get 1hr of pool time but it was cut short to only 40 minutes. The kids were bummed about that. Our microwave did not work but as soon as we told them they replaced it with another one.

I highly recommend the Lands End. The room we had (336) was amazing! Nice sauna and jacuzzi. beautiful view of the bayfront, beautiful patio to go outside and watch the boats come in. Amazing staff, very cooperative and helpful on assisting us of our needs. best hotel that I’ve been to so far.

I recently had the pleasure of book two rooms (room 125 and 126) at Land’s End Resort and overall, my experience was highly positive. Upon arrival, I did encounter a minor inconvenience—my room’s refrigerator was non-functional. However, I was impressed with how efficiently the issue was resolved. After informing the front desk, the maintenance team responded promptly with a replacement refrigerator. The technician who handled the issue demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a customer-first attitude. He was not only technically proficient but also personable and easy to engage with—an excellent representative of the resort’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
