"I keep coming back to this hotel because of the location, but honestly it is a disappointment every time. The rooms are dated, the carpets are old and worn, and the elevators are slow. The door to my room was broken, so every time I wanted to leave for food or go to gym, I had to go downstairs, alert the staff, go back up, and wait for security to come and let me in. The process took as much as a half hour every time I wanted to get back in. I stopped leaving my room because of it. I have a Hilton Honors, but it didn't stop me from being charged for Internet. If you are flying in and out of ORD, this is a convenient hotel, but for the money there are so many better options. "

"My surprise was when I arrived and that the girl at the reception after confirming my reservation told me that I had to charge an additional 30$ per day for having a car and parking it in the hotel, the first time in so many years that I see that, crazy that seems very abusive to me, I stay 4 nights almost the price of one night per room. "The shuttle service was great, the hotel itself was adequate for a single night stay, but much longer than that, I'd have wanted an alternative. The description states that there is a bar, there isn't."
