Yotel was close to our event, but there were so many issues with our stay. The AC kept breaking down, and outlet wasn’t working, the blanket was dirty & stained, and we were put in a “smoker’s room” (which was overwhelming because of the broken AC). One staff member in particular was excellent with help, but there was no way to call down for assistance, so the lines were HUGE downstairs as they were both for check-in and complaints. We joked about what was wrong with our rooms, and a common issue was the keys kept deactivating for some reason, but everyone had a couple of things.

Great location near Grand Central Station for getting to the US Open, Beautiful roof top bar and restaurant. The room with 2 Queen size beds was very spacious and clean. I wish I had been told by the front desk that the room had a $10.00 credit for water or snacks each night which I needed to claim.

My husband and were assigned to room#208, the toilet in this room had been stuck before this room was assigned to us, and they couldn’t fixed it during our stay. We had to go to the basement to use the employee bathroom . The hotel didn’t provide discounts or any anything else to make up. Very disrespectful! Btw, this is the first bad feedback I’ve left.
