"The air conditioning was great! Didn’t have to use the laundry! Room was immaculate! The staff was friendly! Loved the fact that if you didn't have a room key you couldn't enter into the hotel. Will stay here again!!"

"Hospitality was awful. Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. Wasn’t compensated for stay even after the issues at 11:45pm and was told to FOLLOW the front desk lady to the room we were originally assigned to confront the unknown customer in the room. Dangerous and unprofessional, awful."
