"I asked for adjoining rooms, which was stated as an option on the listing, however during check in I was told she didn't have any rooms next to each other despite me witnessing other guests checking in and entering our neighboring room. We went to our room and immediately spotted a giant red stain on the comforter in the middle of the bed. I am surprised how that passed inspection and was allowed to be rented. I asked to be moved to another room which was granted. This room was fine, the floors were clean, the beds were comfortable. In the morning my husband took a cold shower, the rest of us decided we didn't want to brave the cold so we didn't have a chance to wash up. I mentioned this to the front desk and received no empathy, he took my phone number and told me a manager would contact me. 2 days later the manager still hadn't contacted me so I called and spoke to someone else, she told me she'd have the manager call me. Again, no phone call. I called on the 3rd day and finally spoke to the manager who said he hadn't received any other complaints about that room and if we were out of hot water, others would have been too and he hadn't heard of anyone experiencing the same issue. He also stated that maybe my husband didn't know how to turn on the hot water correctly. He said there was nothing he could do, which I highly doubted. "
