The room had plenty of space, drawers and wardrobes.
You were given 2 devices per room for WiFi but when we went to logon with the second device it said we had reached our maximum, reception just passed us onto a help line but our issue wasn’t resolved.
Reception is just one big queue but it needs a general help desk as it was always busy.
Music around the pool was just boom boom boom which isn’t ideal. Also I wanted to take in my own drink to the pool as I have type 2 diabetes and wanted to keep hydrated without causing blood sugar spikes but the security guard didn’t understand this!!!
Casino was good and staff were very friendly
