"The room we had was a little small but adequate for a short stay. Price very reasonable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, food was good but they didn't replenish quickly enough. We had to ask for more coffee, pastries and eggs many times. However, the staff always acted to resolve the issues as soon as they could."

A special mention has to go to Rob and Alfie, who were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile, a friendly attitude, and a genuine willingness to help. They are a real credit to the hotel and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is full of character, with comfortable, well-maintained rooms and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. If you're looking for a hotel in Felixstowe that combines great hospitality with excellent service, I can't recommend The Orwell Hotel highly enough.
