"大浴場が利用中止、トイレの便座が死ぬほど冷たい、部屋の灯りがめちゃくちゃ暗い、禁煙ルームのはずなのにタバ コ臭い、鹿児島県知事が来る地元の宴会が入っているからと危うく駐車場が無くなるところだった。朝食のご飯は食べ放題だったが、冷えてたのはなぜ？"

"Staff were really excellent - super helpful.
Location was a bit outside of the main city centre but the hotel runs free shuttles to/from the city centre on an hourly bases. There is car parking available for a fee.
Hotel and room looks a bit dated but has a great view of Sakurajima.
Onsen is smaller than what can be seen in the pictures - view of Sakurajima from the bath is unfortunately blocked for privacy reasons. "
